Information submitted by Johnny Young Dec. 2, 1864 ordered to take command of the men in Wilcox County between the ages of 55 and 60 years of age by Aide-de-Camp A.C.Pate. Samuel Young married Mary Luke 2-12-1845 in Thomas Co. GA. He is buried in Young's Cemetery Ben Hill County.
