Died of disease at Richmond, Va. Widow's Pension-Wilcox County, Ga.-1891-Caroline Tomberly. Married to Jackson Tomberly on 8-17-1857. He served with Co. C, 45th Regt. Ga. Vols. He died at Richmond, Va. with measles on 6-30-1862. BURIAL SITE UNKNOWN AT PRESENT.

Indigent Pension-Wilcox County, Ga.-1900-G. W. Turner. Born in Monroe County, Ga. on 6-3-1840. Served with Co. A, 46th Regt. Ga. Widow's Pension-Wilcox County, Ga.-1907-Catherine Turner. Married to George W. Turner in Butts County, Ga. on 12-16-1858. He served with Co. A, 46th Regt. Ga. Vols.

He died in Wilcox County, Ga. on 2-12-1906.

Pvt., Co. E, 49th Regt. Ga. Inf. September  1, 1862 . Discharged on account of chronic diarrhea. "Sent back to army. Died of disease contracted in service."

Widow's Pension-Wilcox County, Ga.-1891-Eliza Turner. Married to Gibson G. Turner on 7-24-1856. He served with Co. E, 49th Regt. Ga. Vols. He died at Winchester, Va. hospital while in service on 12-1863. BURIAL SITE UNKNOWN AT PRESENT.

Turner, William McCleland
Private in Capt. David R. Bryan's Company of Lowndes Co. GA from 7/1/1838 - 10/15/1838 during the Indian Wars. Private Co. E, 49th Regt. Ga. Vol. Inf. March 4,1862. Died of disease in hospital. He was the son of James Turner.
