Ceila Bush Jarrard was born in Wilcox
County Georgia in 1891, the daughter of William Steely Bush III and Rebecca
Mahala McCall. She married Arthur Jarrard, who was a school teacher
in Rochelle Georgia. Ceila played the piano for the Jeff Davis
County Sunshine Band.
