Last Will
and Testament

I, William
Player of said County being of sound and disposing mind and memory
having in view the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death do
hereby make declare and publish this my last will and testament.
Item 1st
It is my
desire that as soon as practical after my death all of my just debts
shall be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named.
Item 2nd
I devise
will and bequeath all of my property both real and personal of whatever
kind and wherever situated to Bettie Felder a niece by marriage and
Roxie Tomberlin a niece to be theirs jointly and equally absolutely in
fee simple forever.
Item 3rd
I appoint
as Executrix of this my last will and testament Bettie Felder and Roxie
Tomberlin. It is my desire that they be relieved from making any
inventory of my estate or from giving any bond and from making any
returns to the Ordinary of said County of their actions and doings and I
give them authority without any order from the Ordinary of said County
to sell either at public outcry or private sale in their discretion any
portion of my property that in their Judgment may be advisable to be
sold either for the purpose of payment of debts or for division between
them this 9th day of October 1919.

published and sealed by William Player as his last will and testament in
the presence of the undersigned Witnesses he first signing in their
presence and they then at his special request signing in his presence
and in the presence of each other this the 9th day of October
1919.
