Wilcox County          Before me Simon Stanley a Justice of the peace in and for said County personally appears Miley Land and Made oath in the Holy Evangelist of Almity God that She is the wife of Robert Land deceased late a privit of Capt. S. D. Fuller Company #, 49th Regiment Georgia Volunteers. She is the legal Representative of Her Husband diserses and She is there fore Entitled to the Arrears of pay that may be due him from the Confederate States and also appears at the same time James Crawford witness & made oath as a fore said that he knows the said wife and knew the husband and the facts sworn to are true & that he is described therein.
