Last Will
and Testament

Georgia Wilcox County
I, Robert
H. Causey of said State and County being of sound mind and disposing
memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all wills
heretofore made by me.
1st
I wish my Executor as soon as possible after my death to pay my debts.
If a sale of property be necessary I wish to be selected for sale such
property as can be most advantageously used to that purpose and I
authorize such sale to be public or private as may seem best.
2nd
I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Susan Rebecca My entire estate
including all money mules and all property whatsoever I may possess to
be hers during her natural lifetime and at her death to be equally
divided her bodily heirs.
3rd
I do hereby appoint my wife Susan Rebecca executor of this my last will
and authorize and request that she act as such Executor without bond. In
testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this the 10th
day of December 1920.

published by Robert H. Causey as his last will and testament in the
presence of the undersigned who subscribe our names hereto as Witnesses
at the instance and request of said testator and in his presence and in
the presence of each other. This the 10th day of December
1920.
