Obituaries
Mary Massey Watson
CORDELE - Mary Massey Watson, 70, of 2234 Tremont Road
died Monday in a local hospital. Born in Wilcox County, she lived in
Cordele for most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of Union
Baptist Church and the Tremont Home Makers Club. Survivors: husband
Grady Watson of Cordele; children, Margaret Foil of Cordele, Ilene W.
Branden of Forth Valley and Marie McLeroy of Buford; sister, Buris
McGlamory of Fitzgerald; four grandchildren and a great-grandchildren.
Services: 3 p.m. Saturday in Union Baptist Church. Burial: church
cemetery. The Revs. Danny Powers, Jack Dowdy and Tommy Land will
officiate. Hughes and Wright Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. |
