Last Will and Testament of N.E. Mitchell State of Georgia Wilcox County I N. E. Mitchell do certify that I am of sound mind and discerning memory make this my last will and testament. First I appoint my son in law J. Cohen my Executor to take charge of my unfinished business. To pay all my indebtedness to dispose of personal and perishable property except my gun give that to my Grandson Mitchell Cohen and my watch to John Norman Mitchell also my Grandson. After this is done what money there may be left give to my beloved wife Lena R. Mitchell for her support during her life also the rest of my home farm lot of land No. 40 in 8th district- Wilcox County at her death divide the remainder of money equally between my two heirs Edna Wilcox and Nanie Lee Mitchell my daughter. This the 26th day April 1917. N.E. Mitchell As the undersigned Witnesses have read the above in presence of each other the above name was signed in our presence we also sign our names in the presence of each other this 26th day of April 1917.
