State of Georgia County of Wilcox

I, Mrs. Myrtis Collins Ware of the State and County aforesaid being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all wills heretofore made by me.

Item 1st I wish my Executor hereafter named as early as possible after my death to pay all my just debts if a sale of any of my property shall be necessary for this purpose I wish him to select such as can be used most advantageously for that purpose and I authorize him to sell same either at public or private sale as he may deem best without any order or further authority of Court.

Item 2nd I give and bequeath to my husband Lava Ware the sum of Twenty five Dollars ($25.00) to be paid in cash the provision to be in full of all his claims or demands of all kinds against my estate.

Item 3rd I will that the residue of my property both real and personal be equally divided among my children to wit: Ruth Collins and Emma Collins and the unborn child with which I am now pregnant each receiving one third of the residue of my property. But in case the child with which I am now pregnant shall not reach birth alive or shall die before my death it is my will that the residue of my property be equally divided between my two living children to wit: Ruth Collins and Emma Collins each receiving one half of the residue of my estate.

Item 4th It is the wish and desire of testator that in case of her death before the said Ruth Collins and Emma Collins reach their respective majorities that my father W.N. Jones be appointed Guardian of the persons and property of each.

Item 5th I do hereby Constitute and appoint my father W.N. Jones executor of this my will and do hereby relieve him of the necessity of making any bond or annual reports to the Court of Ordinary and I authorize him to sell any property real or personal belonging to my estate either at public or private sale without the necessity of obtaining any order of the Court of Ordinary and further authorize him to manage or dispose of my property for the benefit of my children as he may deem best for their interests reposing the utmost confidence in his Judgment and trustworthiness. In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand this 4th day of May 1914.

Signed and published by Mrs. Myrtis Collins Ware as her last will and testament in the presence of the undersigned who subscribe our names hereto as witnesses at the instance and request of said testatrix and in her presence and in the presence of each other this the 4th day of May 1914.
