I, Mrs. M.J. Spinks of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking and annulling all others.

1st I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner suitable to my circumstances and condition in life.

2nd I desire that all my just debts be paid without unnecessary delay by my Executor herein name and appointed.

3rd I give bequeath and devise to Cassie Chambers of said County of Wilcox all my property of which I die, seized and possessed after all my expense have been paid and body buried as directed in item Number One said property being described as follows Money in the hands of M.K. Haralson to the amount of $150.00 same bearing interest at the rate of Six per Cent per annum from the First day of October 1908 and all future interest at the same rate till this said sum of money is collected by my said appointed executor from the said M.K. Haralson also all my bedding and bed clothing now in the possession of the said M.K. Haralson.

4th I give and bequeath to the said Cassy Chambers all the residue of my property of whatever nature both real and personal not heretofore bequeathed and devised.

5th I hereby Constitute and appoint A.B. McKinney my sole executor of this my last will and testament and expressly confer upon him power as such to administer my estate excusing him from giving bond of making any return to the Ordinary and I expressly confer upon him full power and authority to sell any part of my estate not heretofore specially devised at public or private sale without notice or with notice as he may deem best and without any of the Court making good and sufficient Conveyance to the purchaser and holding the proceeds of he said sale to the same uses and trusts as hereinbefore declared in the several items of this will this the 7th day of May 1909.

Signed sealed declared and published by Mrs. M. J. Spinks as her last will and testament in the presences of us the undersigned who subscribe our names hereto in the presence of said testator and after she had signed her name thereto and at her special instance and request and in the presence of each other, This the 7th day of May 1909.

I do solemnly swear that this writing contains the true last will of the within named M.J. Spinks deceased so far as I know or believe and that I will well and truly execute the same in accordance with the laws of this state so help me God.
