Last Will
and Testament

I, M.E.
McAnally of said state and county being of sound and disposing mind and
memory do make this my last will and testament. Hereby revoking all
wills heretofore made by me revoking clause is common but superfluoises
(sp). Item first I wish my executor as soon as possible after my death
to sell all of my perishable and personal property and also a certain
tract of land on lot of land number seventy six (76) in the 8th
land district of said county bounded as follows beginning at north west
corner of said lot and running up the line highway on the east side of
said highway to orchard near R.L. McAnally’s residence then east around
said orchard to the north east corner of R.L. McAnally’s lot yard then
south down the said lot yard. Then due south to line of Parson & Bros.
Land running down said Parson line in a south east direction to Shipp &
Mitchell’s land. Thence north to original land line. Thence west to
starting point. I ant my executor after sale of said property to pay my
debts if there be any. I want my beloved son R. L. McAnally to have my
two (2) mules one named hell and the other Jack also my wagon cane mill
& kettle and all my farm implements. I want my beloved daughter Susie E.
Fitzgerald to have five dollars ($5.00) in money. I want my beloved
Grand daughter Bettie Sue to have my feather bed. I want the balance of
the money divided equally between my beloved grandsons Willie and Phliet
Mitchell. I do hereby appoint R.L. McAnally executor of this my will and
testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand.

presence of the undersigned who subscribe our name here unto as
witnesses at the instance and request of said testator and in his
presence and in the presence of each other this the 8 day of Feb. 1921.

I, R.L.
McAnally, do solemnly swear that this writing contains the true last
will of the within named M.E. McAnally deceased, so far as I know and
believe and that I will well and truly execute the same in accordance
