Last Will
and Testament

I, Mary
Windham of said State and County being of sound mind and memory do make
this my last will and testament hereby revoking all wills heretofore
made by me.
Item 1st.
I wish to appoint Willow Windham My beloved daughter as my Executor of
my Will.
Item 2nd.
I wish my Executor as soon as possible after my death to pay my debts if
a sale of property is necessary I authorize her to sell a sufficiency of
said property either at public or private sale to pay same.
Item 3rd
After Section (2) Two has been complied with I wish all of my property
both Real and personal equally divided between my beloved daughter
Willow Windham and my beloved Grand Son Willard Lamar Windham.
In
testament whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 8th
day of December 1914.

the presence of the undersigned who subscribe our names hereto as
Witnesses at the instance of said testator and in the presence of her
and in the presence of each other this the 8th day of

Before me
the undersigned Ordinary of said County came R.L. Wilson whose name
appears as a subscribing Witness to the within writing purporting to be
the last will and testament of Mary Windham who on oath says he together
with J.H. Wilson and E.D. Winn on the 8th day of December
1914 subscribed the said will as a witness thereto at the special
instances and request of the said Mary Windham the testator therein in
her presence and in the presence of each other as did also the said J.H.
Wilson and E.D. Winn after the said testator had signed her name
thereto. That the said Mary Windham in their presence freely and
voluntarily signed and published the same as her last will and testament
and at the time of said signing and attestation she was sound and
disposing mind and memory.
