Last Will
and Testament

I, Mary
McBryant of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and
memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking and
annulling all other by me heretofore made.
Item One I
desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like
manner suitable to my circumstances and condition in life.
Item Two I
desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without unnecessary
delay by my executor hereinafter named and appointed.
Item Three
I give and bequeath to my loving niece Emma Nipper wife of J.A. Nipper
all of my personal property whatever nature and kind except all money
notes and accounts that I may have at the time of my death for and
during her natural life and at her death to go in fee simple to the
heirs of her body.
Item Four I
desire and direct that all my real estate located in the City of Cordele
Crisp County Georgia be sold by my executor hereinafter named either at
public or private sale with or without an Order of court just as soon as
practicable after my death.
Item Five I
desire and direct that all notes and accounts that may be due to me at
the time of my death be placed in the hands of my executor hereinafter
named for the purpose of collecting the same.
Item Six I
desire and direct that my executor hereinafter named after paying off
all my debts and the expense of Administration on my estate shall place
all moneys collected either from my notes and accounts or the sale of my
real estate hereinafter named in Item Four of this my will in one of the
banks now located in the City of Cordele Crisp County Georgia and the
same to remain in said bank until all notes and accounts have been
collected by my said executor that can be collected and until all of the
real estate mentioned in Item Four of this my Will has been sold.
Item Six
(note there are two sections named Item Six) I desire and direct that my
executor hereinafter named shall invest the proceeds of all collections
from the sale of my real estate hereinafter set out and from the
proceeds of the collections of the notes and accounts due me at my death
in real estate said real estate to be selected by my niece Emma Nipper
and a deed to said purchase be made in the name of my executor
hereinafter named.
Item Seven
I give bequeath and devise to my loving niece Emma Nipper the wife of
J.A. Nipper the property as invested by my executor hereinafter named as
set forth in Item Six of this my last will and testament to have and to
hold for and during her natural life and at her death to the heirs of
her body in fee simple I give and bequeath to my said niece all of my
real estate that has not bee specifically disposed of herein before in
this my last will and testament to have and to hold for and during her
natural life and at her death to the heirs of her body in fee simple.
Item Eight
I hereby constitute and appoint my friend L.L. Davis the sole executor
of this my last will and testament and I expressly confer upon him full
power and authority as such to administer my estate according to the
terms and conditions of the several items hereinafter set out I further
hereby expressly confer upon him as such Administrator full power to
lease or rent the real estate hereinbefore set out in item four of this
my last will and testament on such terms as to him seems best under the

may do without and Order of any Court. This the 5th day of
January 1916.

Sealed declared and published by Mary McBryant as her last will and
testament in the presence of us the undersigned who subscribe our names
hereto in the presence of said testator after she had singed her name
thereto and at her special instance and request and in the presence of
each other. This the 5th day of January 1916.
