I, John L.
Fountain of Wilcox County, State of Georgia, being of sound & disposing
mind and memory And being desirous of settling my worldly affairs while
I have Strength as to do make and publish this my last will and
testament hereby revoking any will made by me at any time heretore.
1st
I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christian
like manner.
2nd
I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid by my executor
hereinafter to be named at as early a date as possible.
3rd
I desire and bequeath to my wife Mary L. Fountain and my four youngest
children to wit: Morris P. Fountain, John T. Fountain, Ollie L. Fountain
and Angaline L. Fountain all my property both Real and Personal is to be
divided between them five equally for them to share alike after my debts
and other expenses are paid.
4th
I hereby request that D. W. Taylor take the Guardianship of my four
children heretofore named in this my last will. I hereby appoint D.H.
Hendly as the executor of this last will and testament. I Witness
whereof I the said John L. Fountain to this my will consisting of the
foregoing pages here set my hand and Seal this the 1st day of
August 1891.

Sealed published and delivered by the above named John L. Fountain as
his last will and testament in the presence of us who in the presence of
each other and the presence of the testator have Subscribed our names as
witnesses thereto at the request of the said John L. Fountain.
