I, J. M. Warren Ordinary and ex-officio Clerk of the Court of Ordinary
of said County, do hereby certify that I have compared the foregoing
copy of Marriage License and Marriage Certificate of James J. Land &
Sarah A. Stone with the original record thereof, now remaining in this
office, and he same is a correct transcript therefrom and of the whole
of said original record.
I also certify that I am my own Clerk, that I have no Clerk.
In testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed the seal of the Court of Ordinary, this 28th day of
August 1909.

MARRIAGE LICENSE
STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF WILCOX.
TO ANY JUDGE, JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, OR MINISTER OF THE
GOSPEL:
You are hereby authorized to join James J. Land and Sarah A. Stone in
the Holy State of Matrimony, according to the Constitution and Laws of
this State, and for so doing this shall be your license; and you are
hereby required to return this license to me, with your Certificate
hereon of the fact and date of the Marriage.
Given under my hand and seal, this 9th day of
December, 1861.
