Last Will
and Testament

In the name
of God, Amen.
I, G.W.
Reid of Wilcox County Georgia being of sound disposing mind and memory
conscious of the uncertainty to life and the certainty of death do make
declare and publish the my last will and testament.
Item 1
It is my
will and desire that at as early date as practical after my death all my
just debts be paid by my executrix hereinafter named.
Item 2
I hereby
give devise and bequeath all my property real and personal of every kind
and nature of which I may die possessed of after the payment of all my
just debts to my beloved wife Ellen B. Reid to be hers absolutely
without limitations restrictions or conditions.
Item 3
I remember
with affections my Grand Children but I make no provisions for them as
their father is living and can provide for them.
Item 4
I appoint
my wife Ellen B. Reid Executrix of this my last will and testament. She
shall not be required to make any Inventory of my estate to be filed wit
the Ordinary nor any annual or Final Returns or to give any bond nor
make any report of any sale. This December 23rd 1918.

sealed and declared as My last will and Testament in the presents of the
undersigned who subscribe our names hereto at the special instance and
request of each other and in his presents the said G.W. Reid. He signing
in our presents and we singing in his presents. This 23rd day
of December 1918.
