Last Will and
Testament of George H. Moore
State of Georgia County of Wilcox
I George H. Moore of said State and County being of
sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament
hereby revoking all wills heretofore made by me. I give to my beloved wife
Americus the following property to wit Fifty acres of land situated lying and
being in the North East corner of lot of land Number 120 in the 17th
district of Wilcox County Georgia also a certain parcel of land situated lying
and being in the South East Corner of lot of land Number 120 in the 17th
district of Wilcox County Georgia Containing Fifty acres for the use of my wife
during the term of her natural life and also my unmarried children I will that
my wife shall control the property described above in her own name and right so
long as she shall live and at her death said described property shall belong to
my unmarried children if any shall be unmarried until they marry or at their
death while they are single and where they are all married the above described
property shall be sold and equally divided between my legal heirs each one to
receive an equal share. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 24th
day of February 1908.

and testament in the presence of the undersigned who subscribe our names hereto
as Witnesses at the instance and request of said testator and in his presence
and in the presence of each other this 24th day of February 1908.
