I,
Elizabeth J. Mann of said State and County being of sound and disposing
mind and memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking
all wills heretofore made by me.
Item 1
I give to
William A. Harvey the following property to wit: all of the real and
personal property of every kind which I now own or may have at the time
of my death and all money or notes or accounts or other papers or goods
of any and all descriptions in any manner or form whatever at the time
of my death. In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand this 29th
day of April 1901.

published by Elizabeth J. Mann as her last will and testament in the
presence of the undersigned who subscribe our names hereto as Witnesses
at the instance and request of said testator and in her presence and in
the presence of each other this the 29th day of April 1901.
