This indenture made the 16th day of Oct in the year of our lord 1888 Between Surilda Davis of the county of Wilcox & State of Georgia of the first part & Elizabeth E. Slaughter of the county of Wilcox & State of Georgia of the second part. Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars in hand paid at & before the sealing & delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged...  her heirs & assigns all the following described property to wit: The south half of lot of land number 141 in the 5th Dist of said County of Wilcox, containing containing 101 1/4 acres more or less: To have and to hold the above granted and described property with all....    To witness whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto set her hand & affixed her seal & delivered this presents the day & year first above written. This indenture made this 13 day of April in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and ninety nine between C. D. DeLoach of the county of Wilcox of the first part and Z. E. DeLoach Guardian for W. C. Sangster of the County of Wilcox of the second part. Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and fifty 50/100 Dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained sold and conveyed and by the presents doth grant, bargain, sell and convey unto said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in said state and County towit: Fifty acres of lot of land number Eighty Three in the first district of Wilcox County, Georgia, said Fifty acres in the north west corner of said lot and in shape of a perfect square of said land running seven along worth original line of said lot and five acres is along west original line of said lot N (83). To have and to hold the said bargained premises, together with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof, to the same being, belonging or in anywise Appertaining, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of him the said party of the second part his heirs executors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple. And the said party of the first part his heirs: Executors and administrators, the said bargained premises unto the said party of the second part his heirs, Executors, administrators and assigns against said party of the first part, his heirs, Executors and administrators and all and Every other person or persons shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents.
In Witness whereof, the said party of the first part hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal, the day and year first above written.

Jeremiah Slaughter to Elizabeth Slaughter

This indenture made the seventeenth day of April in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and Ninety-five between Jeremiah Slaughter of the first part and Elizabeth Slaughter wife of said Jeremiah Slaughter of the second part.  Both of the county and state fore said.  Witnesse the said Jeremiah Slaughter for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which he has unto the said Elizabeth Slaughter hath given granted alined and conveyed unto the said Elizabeth Slaughter her heirs and assigns all property of which he may be in possession at the time of his decease including all live stock, plantation, tool, household and kitchen furniture, wearing apparel and all other possession ready many included. To have and to hold said property of the said Elizabeth Slaughter, her heirs and assigns that his will and his heirs shall the said property forever hold harmless from any incombance made and executed by said Jeremiah Slaughter any persons claiming under him. On witness whereof the said Jeremiah Slaughter has here unto set his hand and afflit his seal the day and year written.

Elizabeth E. Slaughter to Emma J. Slaughter

This Indenture made this 4th day of June Nineteen Hundred between Elizabeth E. Slaughter of the first part and Emma J. Slaughter a niece of Elizabeth E. Slaughter of the second part both of the county and state aforesaid.  Witnesseth that the said Elizabeth E. Slaughter for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which she has unto the said Emma J. Slaughter her heirs and assigns all personal property of which she maybe in possession at the time of her deceased including all lands all live stock, all money, and household and kitchen furniture wearing apparel and other property that she may be in possession of to have and to hold said property to said Emma J. Slaughter her heirs and assigns the she will and her heirs shall the said property save and keep harmless from any incombance or conveyance made and executed by said Elizabeth E. Slaughter or any other person claiming under her In witness whereof the said Elizabeth E. Slaughter has hereto set her hand and affixed her seal the day and year above written.
