Last Will
and Testament

Georgia Wilcox County
I,
Cornelious Jordan of said State and County do make declare and publish
this my last will and testament and hereby expressly revoke any and all
wills by me heretofore made.
Item First
– I desire and direct that all my just debts should I owe any at the
time of my death be promptly paid.
Item Second
– I desire that my body be decently buried and that my grave be marked
by suitable monument to cost including the price of the lot about and
not exceeding Five hundred dollars and all to be paid out of my estate
before any division is made thereof.
Item Third
– To my son Wilber C. Jordan I give and bequeath Two hundred and Forty
acres (240) of land lot one hundred and eighty nine (189) in first land
district of Wilcox County on the east side of said lot of land and lying
in Wilcox County Georgia to have and to hold the same for and during his
natural life only with remainder over to his lineal heirs if any survive
him and if he should die without leaving lineal heirs surviving him then
to go to my sons Walter T. Jordan Lamar N Jordan and Roy Jordan for life
and then to their lineal heirs and if one of them should die without
lineal heirs then to the lineal heirs of the others.
Item Fourth
– To my son Walter T. Jordan I give and bequeath east half of lot of
land number two hundred and Seventy two (272) in the 8th land
district – and two hundred (200) acres on the west side of lot of land
number one hundred and Eighty Nine (189) in the 1st land
district and lying in Wilcox County Georgia to have and to hold the same
for and during his natural life only with remainder over to hi lineal
heirs if any survive him and if he should die without leaving lineal
heirs surviving him they to go to my sons, Wilber C. Jordan Lamar N.
Jordan and Roy Jordan for life and then to their lineal heirs and if one
of them should die without lineal heirs then to the lineal heirs of the
others.
Item Fifth
– To my son Lamar N. Jordan I give and bequeath lot of land number Two
hundred and sixty one (261) and west half of lot of land Number two
hundred and seventy two (272) in the 8 land district of Wilcox county
Georgia to have and to hold said lands for and during his natural life
only with remainder over to his lineal heirs if any survive him and if
he should die without leaving lineal heirs surviving him then to go to
my sons Wilber C. Jordan Walter T. Jordan and Roy Jordan for life and
then to their lineal heirs and if one of them should die without lineal
heirs then to the lineal heirs of the others.
Item Sixth
– To my son Roy Jordan I give and bequeath lot of land number Two
hundred and seventy eight (278) and west half of lot of land number Two
hundred and Seventy three (273) in the 8th land district of
Wilcox County Georgia to have and to hold said lands for and during his
natural life only with remainder over to his lineal heirs if any survive
him and if he should die without leaving lineal heirs surviving him then
to go to my sons Wilber C. Jordan Walter T. Jordan and Lamar N. Jordan
for life and then to their lineal heirs and if one of them should die
without lineal heirs then to the lineal heirs of the others.

Seventh – To my son Lamar N. Jordan I give and bequeath West half of
land lot number Two hundred and Sixty Eight (268) in the 8th
land district of Wilcox County Georgia to have and to hold said land for
and during his natural life only remainder over to hi lineal heirs if
any survive him and if he should die without lineal heirs surviving him
then the said lands to go to my sons, Wilber C. Jordan Walter T. Jordan
and Roy Jordan for life and then to their lineal heirs and if one of
them should die without lineal heirs then to the lineal heirs of the
others.
Item Eighth
– To my sons Lamar N. Jordan and Walter T. Jordan I give and bequeath
two mules each in fee simple
Item Nine
To my son Roy Jordan I give and bequeath my horse and Five mules in fee
simple
Item Ten I
desire that all live stock not herein mentioned shall be divided by my
son Roy Jordan as he sees fit.
Item Eleven
I desire that all farm implements buggies and wagons be divided by my
son Foy Jordan as he sees fit.
Item Twelve
To my son Roy Jordan I give and bequeath my automobile in fee simple

Thirteen I desire that all my household and kitchen furniture be divided
by my son Roy Jordan as he sees fit.
Item
Fourteen To my son Roy Jordan I give and bequeath my watches and all
other jewelry in fee simple
Item
Fifteen To my son Roy Jordan I give and bequeath all my money notes and
all other property of every kind and character not herein mentioned in
fee simple.
Item
Sixteen I hereby Constitute and appoint my son Roy Jordan Executor of
this my last will and testament and I desire that he shall give no bond
and I desire that no inventory or appraisement be made of my estate and
my property and I hereby relieve my said Executor from making any and I
desire that no returns annual or otherwise be made to the Ordinary nor
to any other Court and I hereby relieve my said Executor from making any
such returns.

Seventeen The disposition of the property mentioned in item fifteen of
this will is the disposition of the balance after paying all the
expenses of Administration including my burial and monument it being my
intention that these things shall be paid out of the cash on hand if
there be sufficiency of such left to pay them. In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this the 18th day
of April in the year of our Lord 1915.

the foregoing three pages were signed and sealed and published by
Cornelius Jordan the testator as his last will and testament freely land
voluntarily and while of sound and disposing mind and memory in the
presence of us the undersigned who subscribe our names hereto as
Witnesses at his special instance and request in his presence and in the
presence of each other on the day the same purports to have been signed
to wit on this the 13th day of April in the year of our Lord
1915.
