To the Honorable S.J. Flanders, Ordinary of said County.

The petition of Blanche M. Wilson, of the County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, shows.

1st. That Charles H. Wilson, late, of the County of Bergen and State of New Jersey, died on the 14th day of February, 1930, leaving real estate in the County of Emanuel, State of Georgia, disposed of under the provision of the will hereinafter mentioned, after having made and published his Last Will and Testament, in which petitioner is nominated as Executor thereof.

2nd. Petitioner herewith presents said Last Will and Testament of said deceased and shows that the following named persons are the heirs and all of the heirs at law of said testator to wit: Blanche M. Wilson his widow, Gladys Wilson and Natalie B. Wilson, daughters, all of age and residents of the County of Bergen and State of New Jersey.

3rd. That said Will has been probated in solemn form in the Court of Surrogate, of the County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, and admitted to record as the Last Will and Testament of the said Charles H. Wilson, this being the County of the deceased residence.

Wherefore, petitioner prays leave to prove said Will in solemn form in the Court of Ordinary of Emanuel County, Georgia, and that the aforesaid heirs at law of said deceased non-residence as aforesaid, be cited to appear at the next term of said Court to be held in said County on the first Monday in March, 1933, and show cause, if any they have, why said Will should not be proved in solemn form and admitted to record as the Last Will and Testament of the said deceased and why letters testamentary should not be issued to the petitioner according to the statute in said case made and provided.

Georgia Emanuel County,

The petition of Blanche M. Wilson, the nominated Executor of Charles H. Wilson, non-resident deceased, asking for the probate of the Will of said testate in solemn form having been presented and considered it is ordered that the heirs at law named therein be with a copy of said petition and this order at least ten days before the next term of this court and that they then and there show cause, if any they have or case why the prayer of said petition should not be allowed and said Will proven in solemn form as prayed.

 

Said heirs at law, being non-residents of the State of Georgia, it is ordered that they be served by publication once a week for four weeks in the “Swainsboro Forest Blade” a newspaper published in the County of Emanuel, State of Georgia, in which the Sheriff’s advertisements are published. This 6th day of February, 1933.

Application for Probation of Will in Solemn Form,

Court of Ordinary of Emanuel County

February Term, 1933

 

To Blanche M. Wilson, Gladys Wilson and Natalie B. Wilson, heirs at law.

 

Blanche M. Wilson, having applied as Executor for probate in solemn form of the Last Will and Testament of Charles H. Wilson, a resident of the County of Bergen and State of New Jersey, deceased, owning property in the County of Emanuel, State of Georgia; you, as heirs at law of said Charles H. Wilson, being non-residents of this State, all hereby required to be and appear at the Court of Ordinary of said County on the first Monday in March, 1933, when said application for probate will be heard, and show cause, if any you have or can, why the prayer of the petition should not be had and allowed.

In open Court this 6th day of February, 1933.
