and Testament

I, Charles
P. Dennard being of sound mind do hereby make and publish this as My
last Will and Testament as follows.
Item I – It
is my will that all my just and lawful debts be paid.
Item II –
After said debts are paid I hereby will and bequeath all of my property
real personal and mixed in use and expectancy unto my Mother Mrs. F. J.
Dennard if in life but if she does not survive me then it is my will
that said property shall be divided equally among my sisters and
brothers of the whole blood and to the exclusion of them of the half
blood.
Item III –
I nominate and Constitute said Mrs. F. J. Dennard as Executrix of this
will and to serve without the necessity of giving bond or making annual
returns this July 25th 1916.

sealed and published as the last will and testament of Chas. P. Dennard
who subscribes his name thereto in the presence of the undersigned who
subscribe their names as Witnesses in the presence of the testator and
in the presence of each other.
