Last Will
and Testament

I, Caroline
Tomberlin of said State and County being of sound mind and memory do
make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all will heretofore
made by me.
Item 1st
I wish My Executor as soon as possible after my death to pay my debts if
a sale of property shall be necessary I wish him to select for sale that
which can most advantageously used for that purpose and I authorize the
same at public or private sale as he may see fit.
Item 2nd
I give to my son Dave Tomberlin $5.00.
Item 3rd
I give to my son Thomas Tomberlin $5.00.
Item 4th
I give to my daughter Florence Gardener $5.00
Item 5th
I will unto my son Lewis T. Tomberlin all my real estate and personal
property and all cash I may have at the death after all my debts have
been paid and the heirs have received their part of this will. In
testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 8th day of
March 1913.

Witnesses at the instance and request of said Testator and in her
