Last Will
and Testament

I, Annie E.
Leedy of Wilcox County Georgia being of sound and disposing mind and
memory knowing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death do
make this my last will and testament.
Item 1st
I desire that my body be buried in a Christian like manner suitable to
my circumstances and conditions in life.
Item 2nd
It is my will and desire that all of my just debts be paid by my
Executor hereinafter named as soon as practicable after my death.
Item 3rd
I will devise and bequeath all property of which I may die seized and
possessed both real and personal after payment of my just debts equally
to my Three Children Mrs. O. A. Vaughn Mrs. O. F. Beckham and Mrs. T. R.
Moye.
Item 4th
I hereby appoint my son in law O.F. Beckham as Executor of my last will
and Testament. It is my desire that he make an inventory of my estate as
provided by law and that he be required to give bond to be fixed by the
Ordinary when this will is probated and that he make return of his
actings and doings to the Court of Ordinary.
Item 5th
It is my will and desire that in the event it becomes necessary to sell
my property either real or personal for the purpose of payment of debts
that the said O.F. Beckham is authorized to make such sale as my
Executor without procuring any order from the Court of Ordinary
authorizing such sale either at public or private sale in his
discretion.
Item 6th
It is my will and desire that whatever personal property or money I
leave at my death shall be applied to the payment of any debts that I
may owe and any expenses of Administration before the real estate is
encroached upon. Therefore unless it be necessary for the purpose of
payment of debts or expenses of Administration it is my desire that my
real estate shall not be sold by my Executor. This the 9th
day of November 1918.

Testament in the presence of the undersigned witnesses who were called
individually and specially by said Annie E. Leedy as Witnesses to this
will. She first signing the will in the presence of said Witnesses and
said Witnesses then signing in her presence and in the presence of each
other the day and year above written.
