I, Alfred K. Fisher a resident of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory knowing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death do hereby make, declare and publish this my last will and Testament hereby revoking expressly all wills made by me prior to the date of this Will.

Item 1st It is my will and desire that my body be buried in a decent and Christian like manner suitable to my circumstances and conditions in life.

Item 2nd It is my will and desire that all my just debts be paid without unnecessary delay by my executors hereinafter named and appointed.

Item 3rd It is my will and desire that all of my estate, both real and personal at the time of my death shall be equally divided between my four sons Alfred Carl Fisher William Preve Fisher George Fisher and DeWitt Fisher and if either of my aid sons should die prior to my own death leaving children or descendants of children then such children or descendants of children to take the share of their deceased father and if any one or more of my said sons should die prior to my death leaving no issue it is my will land desire that that portion hereby bequeathed to said deceased son or sons shall vest in the son or sons surviving me at my death.

Item 4th I remember kindly my daughter Mrs. Lillie Hamilton but as she has a husband to provide and care for her I make no bequest to her.

Item 5th I hereby Constitute and appoint my two sons Alfred Carl Fisher and William Preve Fisher the Executors of this my last will and testament and Confer upon them power to administer my estate without being required to give any bond or to make any returns whatever to the Court of Ordinary and I expressly Confer upon them full power and authority to sell any part of my estate real personal or mixed either at public or private sale with or without notice as they may deem best without any order from any Court such Sale to be made for the payment of debts or any other purpose and I further confer upon my Executors power to borrow money for the use of the said estate in any instance when they may deem it advisable and to secure the same by lien mortgage Security deed or trust deed or other form of Security upon any part of my said estate and this they may do without the order from any Court The words leaving no issue in 8th line of Item 3 interline before signing this the 2nd day of February 1915.

Signed Sealed and published by Alfred K. Fisher as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us the undersigned who subscribed the names thereto in the presence of said testator after he had signed his name at the special instance and request of said testator and in the presence of each other. This the 2nd day of February 1915.
