In the name
of God Amen. We, Henry C. Ramsey and Abraham A. Ramsey each being of
sound mind and memory being brothers and neither of us having wife or
child and desiring that at the death of either of us all of the property
of every description and kind owned and passed at the time of his death
of such one of us as providence shall first call, shall be and become
the absolute property of the survivor subject to the legacies herein
provided do make and publish this our mutual will and Testament being
the last will and testament of either of us, hereby revoking any and all
previous will made by either of us, and provide and declare as follows:
Item 1st
We each
desire that after our death our bodies be buried in decent and Christian
like manner.
Item 2nd
We will
devise and desire that out of the property of each of us owned and
possessed at time of the death of either of us there shall be paid to
our Sister Mollie Kelly the sum of Five Dollars and be paid to our
Brother John T. Ramsey the sum of Five Dollars.
Item 3rd
If the said
Henry C. Ramsey shall survive and be living at the time of the death of
said Abraham A. Ramsey it is the will and desire of the said Abraham A.
Ramsey that all the property of the said Abraham A. Ramsey possessed by
him at the time of his death both real and personal of every description
and kind shall be and become the property of the said Henry C. Ramsey
and the said Abraham A. Ramsey does hereby give devise and bequeath unto
the said Henry C. Ramsey all of his property both real and personal of
every description of which he may own or be possessed of at the time of
his death subject to legacies set out in Item 2nd of this
Will (page1 of our mutual will Consisting of two typewritten pages
executed April 11th 1917)

Item 4th
If the said
Abraham A. Ramsey shall survive and be living at the time of death of
the said Henry C. Ramsey it is the will and desire of the said Henry C.
Ramsey that all the property of the said Henry C. Ramsey possessed by
him at the time of his death both real and personal of every description
and kind shall be and become the property of the said Abraham A. Ramsey
and the said Henry C. Ramsey does hereby give and bequeath unto the said
Abraham A. Ramsey all of his property both real and personal of every
description of which he may own or be possessed of a the time of his
death subject to legacies set out in Item 2nd of this Will.
Item 5th
The said
Henry C. Ramsey does hereby name and appoint the said Abraham A. Ramsey
his executor of this will and testament and Authorize and empower his
said executor to act as such without the giving of any bond and to sell
and dispose of any and all property which the said Henry C. Ramsey owned
at the time of his death either at public or private sale as he may deem
best without any order of Court.
Item 6th
The said
Abraham A. Ramsey does hereby name and appoint the said Henry C. Ramsey
his executor of this will and testament and Authorize and empower his
said executor to act as such without the giving of any bond and to sell
and dispose of any and all property which the said Abraham A. Ramsey
owned at the time of his death either at public or private sale as he
may deem best without any order of Court.

sealed and declared and published by Henry C. Ramsey and Abraham A.
Ramsey as the last will and testament of each of them in the presence of
us the undersigned who subscribe our names hereto in the presence of
each and both of said testators after they and each of them had signed
his and their names thereto at the special instance of each and both of
them and in the presence of each other. This the 11th day of
April 1917.
